Thai Famous Cuisine Restaurant

Home

We are a family owned, and operated diner, offering Thai food.  Our restaurant has an atmosphere like no other with its unique decor.

Established in 2014.

Just Thai food

Decided to come to this restaurant out of a whim, and based on the thousand of reviews, it seemed worthwhile to try it out.

My expectations were blew out of the water! We were greeted by our waiter, Aline, with an explosion of enthusiasm. She was very helpful towards our party, offering free Thai tea and refills for each person. Customer is definitely A+ here!

The food tasted authentic and was well enjoyed by our party. We ordered the crying tiger, pad thai, pineapple fried rice, and tom yum soup. Each were equally delicious, and we ended off the meal with an order of fried ice cram.

Overall, would highly recommend going here for the fun atmosphere, and most importantly, great food!

If you’re reading this. Grab your key, grab your friends, lover, grab your bike whatever and come get yourself some delicious thai food. Go now!

It’s a shame that I can only give this place only five stars. But how can i rate “mind blown” food? Maybe a six stars if it exists. Or 7 stars. Okay 7 stars. It’s that good.

I’m not writing this review based on the free thai tea (refillable) or the free papaya salad or even the free fried ice cream…although enticing, this is strictly about their main dishes.

We ordered three dishes, pad see ew, panang curry and spicy basil. All three were delicious and best I’ve ever had!! Food is 6/5.

The pad see ew is simply fantastic. Smoky and very authentic. I just love the fried egg with the noodles..yum!! The panang curry is savory and not so sweet. I just love how they serve fresh vegetable with the disc to offset how rich the curry is.  You can taste how everything is fresh.

Also they price is very reasonable at 11$ per dish not included the free icecream and thai tea.

At this point the food is alone is worth five stars. But when you add the great service and friendly smiles on top of that. Thai famous deserves 7 stars on my scale. Love it!

My friend and I were looking for a Thai place and came across Thai Famous.  Both of us had never been here before, it looked like a hole in the wall place so we said what the hell.

Upon approaching the restaurant you will notice the patio area with a knight standing guard. This was our first clue that this place may be interesting.  As you walk in you will notice the decor is quite random but we loved it so kudos for that.  There’s a motorcycle in there, a replica of a black panther stalking from the ceiling and Christmas decorations for a festive touch.

We were greeted right away and showed a table.  Right away they brought out a bowl of pop chips, that was nice. Then they brought out a dish of chopped up tomatoes, pineapple and something stringy but not sure what it was.   It was really really good though.  You’ll like it.

We ordered the wontons for an appetizer, Chicken Pad Thai and there Tiger Beef.   All dishes came pretty quickly and were pretty good size.

I love Pad Thai and this was pretty good. The only thing it didn’t have was the peanut crumbles.

I did ask for peanut sauce multiple times and they never brought it out to me but that’s ok….I didn’t really need it.

As for prices, they were pretty reasonable and nothing too crazy.  Soooo, if you’re looking for a new Thai place I recommend this place for sure.  I’ll try it again, if not for the decor.

I love this place! I usually get their spicy thai rice with pork whenever I go here. Tonight I just happen to have a late night craving for some, thank goodness they were still open!! That’s another plus, they’re open til 1am!The people who work here are always soo friendly plus you get a free drink with your meal!

This place is great, we love coming here and whenever we feel like having Thai this is our spot. My favorite is the pad Thai and i can’t get enough of it, they also have refills on Thai tea and complimentary fried ice cream dessert. This place is a gem and definitely a must have if you are a fan of Thai food.

After Disneyland, we are always looking for a place to eat that’s not disney-expensive. After searching for late night eats, I came upon this Thai place.

At first, like some have mentioned, I was a little turned off by the area it’s in especially at night. However, when I pulled up to the building, bright lights everywhere! The inside is so lit up.

There’s an outdoor seating area if you want to eat there and the inside is made to look 60s ish (very ish). There are records on the ceiling and bordered around the restaurant with a motorcycle in the middle. Strange but interesting.

The food is good. Not extraordinary but definitely worth the price. Kicker, free Thai tea and soda! Oh and we got some deep fried ice cream for free too. Not sure if that’s an everyday thing though. Friendly service. Recommended.

I love Thai Famous because they give you free sides, Thai tea, and dessert. Definitely not the most authentic taste but it’s still good regardless.

Usually we order Pad Thai, Drunken Noodles, and some kind of meat dish. Their portion sizes aren’t bad, but for the price you’d def expect more. I guess they make it up with the free appetizers, Thai tea, and dessert. The flavors aren’t bad, and they’re pretty consistent with the flavors of their dishes here so that’s definitely a plus — you’re never going back and hoping you don’t get a poorly made dish.

The best thing about this place is that they’re open late, unlike most Thai restaurants. This is great, especially for people like me that don’t get hungry in the mornings/afternoons and just eat later at night.

There’s not that many Thai restaurants that are exceptionally good but I believe this place says otherwise. Upon entering, we were immediately greeted with a smile and sat down right away. Everything on the menu had a picture to it which helps if you’re not sure what the food is like. We were offered complimentary thai tea which came in small mason jars. It tasted really good especially when it’s free! Plus there’s refills!

My boyfriend and I decided to order the pad see ew and crying tiger which ranged from $10-12. Before our food came, we were given complimentary chips and papaya salad. The portion of the entrees were reasonable. Since my boyfriend and I don’t eat much in general, we had leftovers.

I would say this is one of the few thai places I would come back to because of the food and service. The waiters were very attentive and made sure everything is alright with us. Everything is reasonably priced and the compliments are a nice add on!
